How to cancel your TimeTrade subscription

You can cancel your TimeTrade Free Edition, Professional Edition or Workgroup Edition subscription by following the procedures outlined below:

  • Login to your TimeTrade account
  • From the Admin tab, select the listing for My Subscription (position/hover your cursor over the admin tab and the dropdown selections will appear)

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the window
  • Click the Cancel Subscription Button located in the lower right

  • A verification window appears for you continue with the cancellation process or to cancel the process.  To continue, you must select the checkbox indicating you understand and agree with the cancellation terms and then click the button labeled  Yes. I want to cancel.

  • If you are cancelling a paid subscription, the cancellation will occur at the end of the current subscription period and will not auto renew.
  • If you are in a trial account, there is no option to cancel. The account will be automatically canceled at the expiration of the trial period.

Hi Lisa,'

As mentioned in the last line of the above FAQ, there is no option to cancel a trial, as it will expire on the last day of the trial.

There is no such button for canceling my subscription.
