  • A new screen appears for you to enter your credit card information. Once you have filled out the requested information, click the Enter& Select button.

  • Proceed through the remaining screens, placing the order and receiving the confirmation screen.
  • NOTE: Once you have received the confirmation screen, you will need to log out of your TimeTrade account and sign back in.

If you encounter errors after submitting the information, it may be a result of the following:

    •  Credit card is not valid (expired, incorrect card number, incorrect card holder name, etc).
--enter the correct credit card number, cardholder name as it appears on credit card, card security code, and valid expiration date.

    •  Credit card is declined or not honored by the credit card company.
--If the card is declined, you should contact the credit card issuer for additional information as to the reason it is not being accepted.

    •  Address is incorrect.
--The address must be the billing address associated with the credit card.

    •  Error message occurs indicating 30 character limit has been exceeded in address field.
--The address field must be 30 characters or less. You can abbreviate the address if necessary; however, not the numbers in the address.
