TimeTrade Mobile works with the iPhone 4G and above. If you already have a TimeTrade Professional or Workgroup account, you can download the app from the app store (currently in the US and Canada) and log in using your existing credentials. If you do not have an account you can get a free 30-day Trial of our Professional Edition by clicking here.

Once you are logged in, you have access to the TimeTrade mobile scheduling Dashboard where you'll see an overview of all of your scheduling activity including recent sent invitations and confirmed appointments. You'll also have access to the buttons to send a new invitation to book a time on your calendar, or to view the "Follow Up List" which will show you a list of contacts who have not yet responded to your invitations.

Sending a new invitation to schedule an appointment or meeting:

  1. Tap "New Invitation" from the Dashboard.
  2. Choose your "activity" or move ahead with the default setting of "Quick Meeting.
  3. If you choose a Quick Meeting (as shown in the example below), you can manually select times you'd like to make available for scheduling by tapping "Choose times you are available" and tapping time slots from the in-app calendar.

TIP: When tapping to select times, tap near the top of the time slot you would like to select.

  4. Finish composing the subject and body of the email invitation and tap "Send" in the upper right corner.

The sent invitation will display under Recent Activity on your Dashboard and a green check mark will appear next to it when the invitee has confirmed the appointment.

Using the Follow-Up List

  1. Tap the Follow Up List icon from the Dashboard.
  2. You'll see a list of contacts that have not responded to your invitations to schedule.
  3. You can adjust the time window for activity to display anywhere from invitations sent within the past day to within the past 6 months by tapping the default "1 Week" link above the list.
  4. To instantly follow up with one of the contacts, you can tap the contact from the Follow Up List and you'll be directed to their full contact details in your contact list. If you do not have the invitee as a contact, you will be able to connect with them using their email address.

Please tap the "feedback" link in the app (lower right corner) to let us know how we're doing!

Also, if you click the "i" icon in the upper right portion of the screen, you can view a short video on using the iPhone app.

Hi Nancy,

Whilst I think improvements could be made in the way you set up a series of appointments, I am now using the app a lot more and find it helpful. I was interested in the iPhone app, but have just read above that this is only available for North America. Are there plans to offer the iPhone app more broadly or will it stay USA/Canada only?

Nancy you should make clear to people here and in any emails you send out that this only applies if they have access to iTunes in the USA and Canada
