Introduction

TimeTrade offers an innovative and efficient means of inviting others to schedule an appointment with you. It's easy.

By embedding an activity link in email messages and on Web pages you can provide a quick and easy method for scheduling an appointment. When an invitee clicks the activity link they are brought to a TimeTrade screen on the Web and are offered a choice of times based on availability that you define -- and in just a few easy steps, their appointment is booked and confirmed.

TimeTrade connects to your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. This is not absolutely necessary, but very helpful. When connected to your calendar, TimeTrade appointments will flow into your calendar automatically, and TimeTrade will be able to monitor your free/busy status so it  offers times that do not conflict with other commitments and/or result in double-bookings.

Hi, I'm curious - I see lots of feature requests, and whenever I have an idea, I'm told to submit it on the features page.  However, in the 2 years I've been a TimeTrade customer, there have been no changes to either the iPhone App, or the TimeTrade dashboard.  Can you please explain how updates work?  I am a professional user - is that a product that won't be updated at all, so I know?

Also - how do I set up an email reminder to go to me, and my client, the day before our appointment?  I think I saw something about this already on the Features request area, but since no changes seem to be made, what is the value of the Features area?

Thanks.

For some reason, on my 'Check Availability' page, the option to send me a message via email does not exist.  It should be on the right side of the screen.  How do I offer that option to people who are on this page.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Have received an email twice from you about needing to upgrade as I reach my limit on appointments. However, the directions in that email are incorrect and I cannot find where to upgrade. In other words, the directions state that I would go to the admin tab and click on my subscription and then upgrade. But under the admin tab there is no "my subscription" and under "account" there is no "upgrade.* I wrote to you about this but have not heard back. Have only heard again that my account is near its limit. SO, where do I go to upgrade? Thanks,

v

I HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES TO MULTIPLE DIFFERENT REPS AND DON'T EVEN RECEIVE A RESPONSE. PERHAPS THIS WILL WORK... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! BUILD IN THE ABILITY TO HAVE A "BUFFER TIME" BETWEEN MEETINGS (I.E. 15 mins. for 1) a breather, 2) travel time, etc.) I LOVE TIMEDRIVER, BUT AM HAVING TO LOOK AT OTHER COMPETITOR'S SERVICES BECAUSE OF THIS LACK OF FUNCTIONALITY.

THANKS!
