Sending out an invitation to reschedule is just like scheduling the original appointment. You send an invitation email to invitees that includes a reschedule button. Clicking the button brings an invitee to the TimeTrade web page that shows available time slots.
The option to send an invitation to reschedule is available within the context of canceling an appointment.
To send an invitation to reschedule:
For example, suppose you have a scheduling conflict that causes you to have to cancel one or more appointments. If your TimeTrade account is connected to your personal Google or Outlook Calendar, you first create busy time in MS-Outlook or Google Calendar covering the time when you will not be available, or you can remove this timeslot from your activity appointment availability in TimeTrade. This prevents others from scheduling appointments during this time.
In TimeTrade, select the booked appointment that needs to be canceled that coincides with the time you will be unavailable. TimeTrade generates a cancellation notification email to the invitee informing them that you have canceled their appointment and contains the option to ask them to reschedule as well.
Users who are not connected to a personal calendar (Outlook or Google) must cancel the booked appointment in TimeTrade where they can optionally send a cancellation notification to the invitee and offer the option for them to reschedule.

I agree with Susan. It would be EXTREMELY helpful to have that feature. Also, we link TimeTrade to Salesforce, and we want to reschedule the calls in Salesforce and have them update TimeTrade.
Thanks.
It would be great if you could include a way for the inviter (me) to reschedule the appointment for the client. A lot of times we end up doing this via email and I want to just change their appointment time in TimeDriver so they get the correct reminder. Sending them a notice to reschedule after we have already done so is confusing to the client.
Why when I click details to cancel an appointment is the "cancel" button not there? Where is the cancel button?
THank you,
