How do I add an activity link to my Gmail email?

The simplest way to add a TimeTrade activity link to any email message is by copying the link from TimeTrade and then pasting it inside the message. However, many users would prefer to display some text instead of the activity URL link. Gmail offers an easy way to do this.

To add a TimeTrade activity link URL with your own customized text link, follow the instructions below when sending the email invitation from Gmail:

1. In your Gmail message, click the 'link' icon, as shown below:

2. Paste your TimeTrade activity link URL in the "Link to:" field. In the "Text to display:" field, enter the text you want to use  for this link, as illustrated below:

3. Click OK.

The customized link now appears in your email containing the link to your activity URL.
