How do I edit my activity appointment availability?
To add or change available timeslots in your activity:
Login to your TimeTrade account.
From left side of the main dashboard window, under "Activities", select the activity you wish to edit.
Click on edit just to the right of Appointment Availability.
The calendar grid for the selected activity appears.
Make desired changes and/or additions.
When completed, click the Finish buttonin lower right corner of window in order for the changes to be saved.

Hi Nancy, I attached a mp4 movie to show you what happens.
Can you provide me details of what timeslots you are attempting to move.
I just logged into your account and do not see the issue you are describing. However, if you can provide me more details as to which timeslots you are moving, I will be glad to take a closer look. A screenshot would be great as well.

I get a constant 'invalid' message when I try to move the appointment, and sometimes the acceptable times disappear when I click 'Finish'.
